Glycyl-glycyl-glycine
International safety certification and regulatory approval for Glycyl-glycyl-glycine
The FDA (Food and Drug Administration of the United States) has classified triglycine as a "GRAS" (Generally Recognized as Safe) substance, allowing it to be added to food as a nutritional fortifier, without setting a clear usage limit (which must comply with the "Fair Use Principle").
EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) : Through safety assessment, it has been confirmed that the acceptable daily intake (ADI) of triglycine as a food additive does not require special restrictions, and its use in food does not pose a risk to consumer health.
Chinese GB 14880-2012 standard: Triglycine is approved as an amino acid-based nutritional fortifier and can be used in modified milk, infant formula food, grain products, etc. The recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.5g/kg (calculated based on the total amount of amino acids), which is consistent with international standards.
