Amines, C12-14-alkyldimethyl, also known as C12-14-alkyl dimethyl tertiary amine or C12-14-alkyldimethylamin, is an alkyl dimethyl tertiary amine compound.

Nature:
-Appearance Colorless or light yellow liquid

-has good solubility, soluble in water and organic solvents

Use:
-Mainly used as surfactant and emulsifier
-Widely used in detergents, cleaners, softeners, and emulsifiers in industry and agriculture

Preparation Method:
Amines, the preparation of C12-14-alkyldimethyl is usually completed by alkylation reaction and nucleophilic substitution reaction. First, octane diolefin or dodecanol is reacted with a methyl tertiary amine to obtain an intermediate alkyl dimethyl tertiary amine. The intermediate is then reacted with tert-butanol hydrochloride to yield the final product Amines, C12-14-alkyldimethyl.
