Ladle Refining Refractory Purging Plugs Twin Purging Plug Porous Plug
We produces a wide range of MgO-C brick. These brick contain carbon (from 5%-20%) and fused, sintered, or large crystal Magnesite. These products are resin bonded and can have powdered metals added for oxidation resistance. The brick are produced using High Capacity, ultra-modern Presses.
These products are widely used in the ladle slag line, transition zone, barrel, and bottom. The feature are, high strength, excellent slag resistance, high refractoriness, and good thermal shock resistance.
Using top quality bauxite or corundum as aggregates, resin as the binding agent and emphasizing the matrix, SG series of Al2O3-MgO-C brick are offered in a range of MgO contents. Antioxidants can be added if needed. This brick can be applied in the ladle wall, bottom and impact zones. These brick feature good corrosion resistance, spalling resistance, and high strength.
Using high purity MA spinel and corundum as main raw materials We developed a series of MA spinel bricks for carbon-free ladles. MA Spinel brick can reduce the contamination of molten steel during the smelting of clean steel grades.
With the choice of special calcium-based materials, resin, and a special waterproof treatment technique, we manufactures MgO-CaO-C bricks for refining ladles. These products can adsorb non-metal inclusions in the molten steel so as to purify the molten steel.
SG series MgO- Cr2O3 bricks are compound basic refractories which are made with chrome ore and magnesia as the primary raw materials. The brick are bonded under high temperature and super high temperatures. MgO-Cr2O3 products feature excellent slag resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. They are widely used in AOD Refining Furnace, DH and RH degasser, VOD Refining Furnace Lining, Non-ferrous Furnace lining and Cement Kiln.
