Maintenance Work for the FTM Straw Pellet Mill

As to the maintenance work for straw pellet mill, it should start from the first run of straw pellet mill. After each run, you should clean the straw pellet mill and record the working condition.To make the work of straw pellet mill more smooth, you should check the distance between press roller and ring die timely.

Of course, the wearing condition of rollers should be included into the check content. To get the biomass pellets with excellent performance, you should make the distance between press roller and ring die at about 1.5-2.5mm.If distance between press roller and ring die is wider than 2.5mm,output and working efficiency of straw pellet millwill be seriously influenced.

As to the ways to adjust the distance between press rollers and ring die, they are listed into the following content. At first, you should use the hook spanner to dismantle the round screws and take off the roller plates. Then, you should use the allen wretch to dismantle the screws for clamping the eccentric shaft inside the scraper blade.

At last, you should use the wretch to rotate the eccentric part on shaft. For the work to dismantle the other press roller, it should be similar with the above content. After adjusting the distance well, you should fasten the locking screws, reset the linking boards and lock the round screws.
