Description of Nano Connector
Sunkye Nano miniature pcb connectorsseries features gold alloy Twist Pin contacts. Contacts number: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 65, 69. Screw nut locking, it is gently when insert and extract, stably locked.
Three Locking Component Type of Nano Straight PCB Connector Available:
TH, usually mated with a receptacle that has a locking screw.
DZ usually mated with a receptacle that has a guide hole.
DK usually mated with a plug that has a guide pin.
3 kinds of tail length, customized produce for another length.
Working temperature environment:-55℃~+125℃.
Machine life: 200times.
Twist Pin * Male contact, fitted to plug connector.
Socket * Female contact, fitted to socket connector (also known as socket).
Insulator * 20% GFPPS (20% glass filled polyphenylene sulfide)
PCB Tail Length * Standard & Customized length
PCB Layout * 1.27*2.54mm & 2.54mm*2.54mm
Contacts * Twist pin contacts, high density interconnection, Becu, gold over nickel plating
The thickness of Gold plating * ≥1.27micron
