MDS/MDL 3-Jaw / 6-Jaw Diaphragm Clamping Power Chuck For Gear Processing
(1). Diaphragm chuck is a fully sealed chuck, 3-jaw type, 6-jaw type to choose.
(2). It is based on the outer diameter of the gear P.C.D for clamping, can process the gear diameter and the end face so as to achieve better concentricity requirements.
(3). Processing different size of the gear, just replace the bracket and the jaws and can change the workpiece.
(4). Suitable for finishing cutting, grinding, precision drilling, honing and inspection.
(5). Cylinder built-in and rod. Can also be based on customer requirements for special design.
(6). Repeat positioning accuracy up to 0.01mm.
(7). Centrifugal force compensation, constant clamping force, installation time is short, long service life.
(8).Material: Steel.
