该卧式双室真空渗碳炉主要用于20CrMnTi、12Cr2Ni4A、12Cr2Ni3A等结构钢、高合金渗碳钢的渗碳及渗碳后的淬火，1Cr13等不锈钢的渗碳及渗碳后的淬火，工模具钢的淬火，以及齿轮类零件、轴套类零件、精密轴承、油泵油嘴机械件、精密机器零件等的淬火、退火等。
