The Plastic Drainage Board Horizontal Water Flow Tester is used to determine the characteristics of water flow along the plane of a plastic drainage board under specified pressure conditions. During testing, seepage occurs while maintaining a lateral pressure of 350 kPa and a hydraulic gradient of i = 0.5. The water volume passing through the specimen over a specified period is measured.

Application
The Plastic Drainage Board Horizontal Water Flow Tester is used to evaluate the water flow characteristics of plastic drainage boards under specified lateral pressure and hydraulic gradient conditions. It measures the amount of water that passes through the board over a set period, helping manufacturers and engineers assess drainage efficiency, product quality, and performance in civil engineering and construction applications.

Custom pressure gauge using imported high-precision diffused silicon pressure sensor and 16-bit high-resolution A/D converter.
High-energy lithium sub-battery provides power to the pressure gauge with continuous usage exceeding 1.5 years.
One-key zero calibration of the pressure gauge, suitable for multiple environmental conditions.
Six selectable units: kPa, MPa, Psi, mmHg, Bar, Kgf/cm².
Openable chamber design for easy specimen installation.
Cast aluminum integrated body ensures the sealing of the pressure chamber.
Specially designed specimen clamping device prevents deformation of the plastic core board, combined with sealing rings to ensure no air or water leakage at the clamping points.
Hydraulic gradient adjustable via water tower height.
Optimized water pipeline design reduces head loss during testing for more accurate results.
Pneumatic control components manage compressed air flow and pressure, providing lateral pressure for testing.
Pressure chamber and sealing plates can be customized to accommodate different specimen sizes.
