4 Inch Butterfly Valve

Description of 4 Inch Butterfly Valve:

ZECO 4 flanged butterfly valveis made of body, disc, stem, seat, stuffing box, gear etc. ZECO butterfly valve is the most commonly used size on small pipelines, so there is a problem of stocking. Problems when stocking is almost the same with preparation of delivery. Time is the key factor, usually gate valve stocking period is decided by its sealing material. If the valve has to be stocked for several weeks or months, better stocking conditions are needed. Valve is usually stocked indoor and its stocking ambient temperature shall be higher than dew point. If valves are stocked outdoor, support the valve to make sure it does not contact the earth, at the same time, water-proof cover shall be added to the valve.

Features of 4 Inch Butterfly Valve:

1. ZECO 4 inch butterfly valve are easily maintained. At any time pay attention to the sealing surface and shaft seal, When the sealing surface has abrasion or leakage, Generally, use the pressed seal of the screw plate to resolve, when the leakage occurred in the larger, the inner ring can be adjusted plus-one-chip be resolved, if there is damage to seals, plate seals can be removed, the replacement of seals, when the seal leakage, adjust packing gland or seal ring replacement;
2. The Double offset design of ZECO 4 inch butterfly valve is less abrasion, excellent sealing capacity;
3. The limit switch device of ZECO 4 inch butterfly valve ensure right position of open / close;
4. The body, disc and stem of ZECO 4 inch butterfly valve have sufficient strength and flexibility, sealing can be changed inside the valve.
