Carbon black content measuring instrument
Scope of application:
Used to determine the carbon black content of rubber, polyolefin plastics, polyolefin pipes and fittings, and raw materials used in manufacturing polyolefin pipes and fittings. Carbon black is a good UV stabilizer, the best light absorber and light screen agent, which can effectively improve the anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging properties of plastic products, the content of carbon black and the dispersion of carbon black in the plastic medium, which will have a decisive impact on the UV protection, mechanical properties and life of plastic products. Therefore, the determination of carbon black content in plastic products has extensive scientific research significance and application value. In the test, a certain amount of samples were pyrolyzed in a high temperature atmosphere of nitrogen for a certain time, and then calcined under high temperature through air or oxygen. The carbon black content of the sample was calculated according to the mass difference before and after pyrolysis and firing.
