Helmet Surface Friction Testing Machine
A helmet surface friction testing machine is a device used to test the frictional force between the surface of a helmet and other objects. Its main purpose is to ensure that the helmet has sufficient friction during use to prevent slipping or falling off, thereby improving safety.
Application
The Helmet Surface Friction Tester presses a helmet onto a movable fixture with a certain force. The surface of the fixture is attached with sandpaper of the grain size specified in the standard. Then, the test helmet is moved across the surface of the sandpaper at a certain speed, so as to evaluate the abrasion - resistance performance of the helmet.

Test Procedures
The helmet is pressed against a movable clamp with a certain force.
The surface of the clamp is covered with sandpaper of a standard specified grit size.
