Pharmacological Action:
The product is an antipyretic and analgesic drug. Carbasalate calcium is a salt of aspirin calcium and urea. After oral administration of carbasalate calcium in chickens, it is hydrolyzed to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Aspirin is rapidly absorbed and metabolized mainly by the liver, quickly degraded into salicylic acid in the chicken body. The product mainly exerts antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects through aspirin.
Indications: Antipyretic and analgesic drug. Used for fever and pain in chickens.
