APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
This machine is automatic special equipment used for drilling, tapping, milling steel plate, flanges and tube sheets. This machine is mainly used in the field of steel structure, boiler, heat exchanger, etc. This machine can also drill through hole, blind hole, and ladder hole.
ADVANTAGES:
● Two work tables.
● CNC drilling spindle (Z axis) with work piece of stroke is pre-set, realizing auto switch. It not only drills through-hole, but also blind-hole with high efficiency, simple-structure, low-cost maintenance and easy operation.
● This machine has three CNC axes: gantry moving direction (x-axis); drilling head moving direction (y-axis); Spindle feeding direction (z axis).
