Applicable: All McDonald's products required for TTF testing.
All kinds of children products can be tested on the TTF Tensile Tester.
Purpose:
Collect and analyze data to assess process capability and deviation of the production process to further
To evaluate the safety and reliability of the product.
Test conditions:
Room temperature: 23±2℃， humidity 20% —— 70%.
TTF test machine travel speed: 0.7±0.1in/sec.
TTF test engine air pressure: 60±10psi (4.2±0.7kgf/cm)
TTF test operation procedure:
Check/adjust the test environment to meet the requirements (room temperature: 23±2℃; Humidity 20% —— 70%)。
Check whether all components on the TTF machine are in good condition and connected/secured.
Open the air pressure pump and adjust the air pressure valve of the air pressure pump to make the air pressure of the air pressure pump meet the requirements (60±10psi)。
Adjust the pressure valve of TTF machine to make the pressure reach the requirement (60±10psi)。
Start the TTF machine and check whether the TTF machine is normal (such as whether the taxi is smooth, etc.)。
Install the tension pound and adjust the intake valve on the pneumatic machine of the TTF machine to make its travel speed reach the requirement (0.7±0.1in/sec)。
Position adjustment of TTF machine.
After alignment adjustment, secure the position.
Test fixture specified in the force bitmap /TTF test demonstration diagram.
The sample process must be placed in the required environment (room temperature 23±2℃， humidity 20% —— 70%) for 4 hours before it can be carried out.
