Fast temperature change test chamber

The working principle of the rapid temperature change test chamber is to simulate external environmental changes through physical cooling and heating methods, creating extreme environmental temperatures, in order to test the extreme environmental adaptability of the product and ensure stronger weather resistance in subsequent use. The rapid temperature change test chamber is mainly composed of the test chamber, refrigeration system, heating system, gas circulation system and control system. The refrigeration system cools the test chamber, the heating system heats the test chamber, and the gas circulation system makes the air in the test chamber circulate to prevent frost formation on the surface and inside of the product. The rapid temperature change test is mainly conducted in the rapid temperature change test chamber. When the environmental temperature in the rapid temperature change test chamber rises, due to thermal inertia, the surface temperature of the product is lower than the environmental temperature. When the humid and hot environmental air encounters the product surface that is lower than the dew point, water vapor will condense on the product surface to form dew drops. Moreover, if the product is sealed, when the environmental temperature in the rapid temperature change test chamber drops, the inner wall temperature of the product shell drops faster than the air temperature in the chamber, and the humid and hot air in the chamber will also condense into dew drops on the inner wall of the product shell. If the inner wall temperature of the product shell is too low, condensation will also form frost. Dew and frost are fatal to the product; they can reduce the product's lifespan or even damage the product. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid dew and frost formation during the temperature rise and drop process of the product. If you need more information about the models of our testing equipment.
