Customized chromium carbide powder
碳化铬粉末可与其他耐磨材料粉末（如碳化钨、二硫化钼等）混合，形成复合涂层，兼具高耐磨性和自润滑性，摩擦系数低至0.05，适用于无润滑或难润滑工况。在造纸机械烘缸表面，该复合涂层可减少纸张摩擦损伤，防止粘纸，提高生产效率。粉末粒径均匀，粒度分布偏差小于10%，确保涂层微观结构一致，避免性能缺陷。主要的生产方法包括电弧炉法和碳热还原法。碳热还原法制备的粉末粒径更细，成本更低，适合大规模应用。粉末氧含量低于0.2%，降低了涂层中的孔隙率和夹杂物，提高了涂层的致密性。当喷涂到汽车发动机气门挺杆上时，碳化铬粉末可减少 80% 的磨损，从而延长发动机大修间隔。
