Industrial guide wheels, titanium carbide wear-resistant alloy

This carbonized titanium (TiC) guide wheel is formed by high-temperature sintering of 99.5% pure titanium carbide powder. Its hardness exceeds HRA 92, with a density of 6.68g/cm³. It boasts excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance (operating temperature ≤ 1600℃), and corrosion resistance. The surface of the guide wheel is precisely ground, with a surface roughness of ≤ 0.8μm, and the dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.01mm, ensuring smooth transmission without deviation. The friction coefficient is low (≤ 0.15), and its wear resistance is 5-8 times that of traditional metal guide wheels. This significantly reduces maintenance frequency and replacement costs. It is widely used in conveying lines, transmission equipment, and high-temperature environments in industries such as metallurgy, mining, electronics, aerospace, etc. The diameter, width, and shaft hole dimensions can be customized according to equipment requirements. The product is vacuum-packed to ensure no surface damage during transportation. It is an efficient and durable preferred component in the industrial transmission field. The high-precision carbonized titanium guide wheel uses high-quality TiC raw materials and is formed by powder metallurgy sintering technology, with a purity of over 99.6%. It has high hardness, high rigidity, and excellent dimensional stability. The working surface of the guide wheel is polished, with a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4μm. During transmission, it operates with low noise and low wear, effectively protecting the surface of the conveyed materials from damage. The product is resistant to high temperatures and oxidation, maintaining good mechanical properties even in harsh conditions, and has a service life far exceeding that of traditional guide wheels made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. It is suitable for scenarios such as electronic component conveying, metal wire pulling, and high-temperature furnace transmission systems. Customized processing is available (diameter 10-500mm is selectable), equipped with a precise bearing installation structure, and easy to install. Through strict quality inspection, each guide wheel's roundness, coaxiality, and other indicators meet industrial standards, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
