Chromium carbide powder for strengthening mining machinery parts

This powder has good chemical stability. At room temperature, it does not react with water or dilute acids, but dissolves slowly in concentrated nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. It is suitable for making corrosion-resistant components. After being mixed with nickel-based alloy powder, the formed spray welding layer is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is widely used in the stirring shafts of chemical equipment, the inner walls of reaction vessels and other parts, and can withstand the long-term erosion of acid and alkali solutions. The powder has good fluidity, with a bulk density of 2.8-3.2g/cm³, which is convenient for continuous powder supply by automated spraying equipment and ensures uniform coating thickness. This chromium carbide powder is black in color, with a particle size of 5-25μm, a purity of over 99%, and extremely low impurity content. The particles have good dispersibility and are easy to mix with the metal matrix. After powder metallurgy sintering, highly wear-resistant parts can be produced. It is applicable to precision bearings, micro gears and other precision instrument components, which can reduce wear and improve the operational accuracy and stability of equipment.
