The guide wheel surface can be customized with specialized treatments to meet specific application requirements. For example, application of a diamond coating enhances wear resistance by up to 30%, rendering the component particularly suitable for processing high-hardness alloy wires. Owing to its lightweight design—approximately 30% lighter than comparably sized steel guide wheels—the component reduces mechanical load on the drive motor and contributes to energy savings exceeding 15%. In precision tube manufacturing, the groove dimensional accuracy of the guide wheel conforms to ISO IT3 tolerance grade, enabling strict control of tube outer diameter within ±0.01 mm—thereby satisfying stringent precision specifications required in medical devices, aerospace components, and other high-end applications.
