Titanium carbide guide wheel - Hard alloy durability

This titanium carbide (TiC) guide wheel is fabricated via high-temperature sintering of titanium carbide powder with a purity of ≥99.5 wt%. It exhibits a hardness of ≥HRA 92, a theoretical density of 6.68 g/cm³, and outstanding performance characteristics—including exceptional wear resistance, thermal stability up to 1600 °C, and broad-spectrum corrosion resistance. The wheel surface undergoes precision grinding to achieve a surface roughness of ≤0.8 μm, while dimensional tolerances are tightly controlled within ±0.01 mm, thereby ensuring precise alignment and smooth, deviation-free motion transmission. With a low coefficient of friction (≤0.15) and wear resistance 5–8 times higher than conventional metallic guide wheels, the component significantly extends service life, reduces maintenance intervals, and lowers total cost of ownership. It is widely deployed in high-performance conveying systems, power transmission equipment, and high-temperature industrial processes across metallurgy, mining, electronics, and aerospace sectors. Customization of outer diameter, width, and bore dimensions is available to meet specific equipment integration requirements. All units are vacuum-sealed prior to shipment to prevent surface contamination or mechanical damage, reinforcing its status as a reliable, high-efficiency solution for demanding industrial transmission applications.
