Steel-based titanium carbide hard alloy round bar
This carbonitride round bar (TiC) is formed by hot-pressing and sintering 99.5% high-purity carbonitride powder. The diameter ranges from φ5 to φ100mm, and the length can be customized (50-1000mm). Its hardness reaches above HRA92, with a density of 6.68g/cm³. It has excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance (operating temperature ≤ 1600℃), and corrosion resistance. The surface of the round bar is processed by precision grinding, with a tolerance of ±0.01mm and a straightness of ≤0.02mm/m. The structure is dense without pores, and the fracture toughness is ≥6.0MPa·m¹/². It is widely used in hard alloy tool blanks, mechanical seals, mining drilling tools, and high-temperature structural components, etc. It can be directly processed and formed or used as an reinforcing body for composite materials. Its service life is 5-8 times that of traditional metal round bars. Customization of size, tolerance, and surface treatment processes is supported. Vacuum packaging ensures no damage during transportation. It provides efficient and durable core components for high-end equipment manufacturing. The high-precision carbonitride round bar is made from ultra-fine carbonitride powder (particle size 1-3μm) through sintering and CNC grinding, with a purity of over 99.6%. It has high hardness, high rigidity, and excellent dimensional stability. The surface finish of the round bar is Ra ≤ 0.4μm, without cracks, inclusions, etc., with a compressive strength of ≥3200MPa, capable of withstanding mechanical stress in heavy-duty conditions. The product is resistant to high-temperature oxidation and maintains mechanical properties without degradation at 1200℃. It is also resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and suitable for harsh conditions in metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, etc. It is applicable to scenarios such as precision tools, mold cores, electronic equipment conductive parts, aerospace structural components, etc. Customization is available for diameters φ3-φ120mm and lengths 50-1500mm, including single-end/four-end grinding and thread processing. It is certified by ISO quality system, and each batch provides a test report to ensure product accuracy and performance stability.
