Cr3C2 as radical with NiCr, and mixed in high temperature to be NiCr-Cr3C2 powder, can be a perfect wear-corrosion resistance thermal spraying material. Adding Cr3C2 into the hard metals, it not only can refine WC grain, but also can improve alloy's tensile strength and hardness, and can significantly improve corrosion resistance.
