The SK3000E-E Type Blade Intermeshing Kneader is a state-of-the-art mixing equipment designed to integrate multiple functions in a single machine for high-volume processing of high viscosity polymers and chemicals.

DIFFERENTIAL INTERMESHING KNEAERING
The key feature of this kneader is its intermeshing screws that rotate at different speeds (differential speed), which creates a shearing action that effectively breaks down and homogenizes the material being processed. The differential speed helps to ensure that the material is thoroughly mixed by creating a kneading effect similar to that of a baker working with dough.
FIVE TO FOUR E TYPE BLADES INTERMESHING
The E-Type Differential Co-Rotating Kneader Rotor, often seen in twin-screw extruders, refers to a particular design of rotor (or screw) element used within the machinery. This type of rotor is characterized by its unique geometry that facilitates differential co-rotation, meaning the two screws rotate in the same direction but at slightly different speeds. This differential speed enhances the mixing and shearing capabilities of the machine.
SK3000E USED FOR PBAT PRODUCTION
Devolatilization, in the context of PBAT (Polybutylene Adipate Terephthalate) production refers to the process of removing volatile components or residual monomers from the polymer melt before it solidifies. This step is critical because the presence of volatiles can lead to defects in the final product, such as bubbles, voids, or decreased mechanical properties. PBAT is a biodegradable polyester commonly used in packaging, agriculture, and textiles. It is produced through a chemical reaction involving polycondensation and esterification processes. During these processes, small amounts of unreacted monomers and other volatile substances can remain in the polymer. Devolitilization is necessary to remove these impurities.
