XK-S30 two-partthermal gap filler has a thermal conductivity of 3.0W/mK, providing high performance and excellent electrically insulation. It deflects under low compressive forces, decreasing stress on components. It is suitable for filling variety of different gap thicness and compatible with high volume, automated dispensing system reducing cost of production.
