Ramimtechrepair strip
Ramimtech repair strip is a special material for conveyor belt repair, which is suitable for conveyor belt surface damage, scratch and tear, easy operation, after repair, which can use immediately, and greatly save the halt time.
Ramimtech repair strip has reinforced repair strip(with fabric) and standard repair strip(without fabric), reinforced repair strip contains fabric layer, wear resistance and tractility, standard repair strip doesn’t have fabric layer, which is thinner than reinforced ones, also not easily be scraped off by belt cleaner, if belt edge abrases, we can use standard repair strip to do edge hemming, so you can choose proper repair strip while in the different environments.
Ramimtech conveyor beltrepair strip, which is designed with semi-cured layer on bonding surface, can react with SK313 while cold vulcanization and force them coming into a whole between bonding surface and repair strip.

Using Methods
1. Sign the damaged parts (bigger than damaged parts), then use angle grinder and tungsten carbide buffing disc to grind the damaged parts until it presents a certain radian and no bulge.
2. Clean the grinding surface and brush a coat of solution until it dried and have little stickiness, if the damaged parts is very big, filling it first.
3. Brush SK313 on the damaged parts, then stick repair strip on it, while bonding, avoid air in, then use roller stitcher to press the repair strip tightly and avoid bubble.
