Frog and Switch Point Grinder
The NCM-4.0 frog&switch point grinding machine is the most economical machine in the market for your turnout maintenance and repair, it can be used to grind frog, switch points, switch cores, top and side flashes of guard rails, and can also grind the rail flashes of crossovers and standard rails.
It can be tilted by 36° from the vertical direction to the left and right, and the position of the grinding wheel can be adjusted along the vertical and horizontal directions. So that the grinding device of the machine can work very accurately in the narrow space between the rails. According to customer needs, Honda GX160 or GX200 gasoline engine can be selected as power, and the installation dimensions of the two engines are the same.
