Beijing Heanjia Super-metals Co. Ltd was established in 1984, the original name is Xinxing Nickel Wire Mesh Factory. We are manufacturer of High Nickel and High Performance Alloys used for difficult jobs in engineering field. Alloys are highly engineered to offer the superior combination of High Corrosion Resistance, High Temperature Resistance, Toughness and good strength and are used in the world's most technically demanding industries and applications. With well-equipped testing lab and strong technical force, we can make high performance alloys in various forms, sizes and dimensions as per customers' drawings / designs: Materials: stainless steels, nickel, Nickel-chromium, Monel, Incoloy, Inconel, hastelloy, Fe-Cr-Al alloys, W, Ti, Mo, etc. Product forms: 1: Wire--Dia. 0.03mm to 10.0mm, 2: Sheet--Thickness 0.10mm to 10.0mm 3 :Mesh-- thickness 0.06mm to 8.0mm, 0.5 to 250mesh/inch, eight kinds of weaving methods 4: Pipe and tubes 5: Deep processed products: shaped wire, cut to length wire, shaped mesh, and mesh filters etc. Our products are extensively used in Aerospace engineering, Chemical processing, Marine engineering, Petrochemical processing, Oil and gas, Thermal processing, Heat treatment, Power generation, Nuclear engineering, Defense engineering, Electrical resistance heating, Pollution control and waste processing, Automobile engineering, Electronics, communication and other industries. Production capacity: There is about 15000sq.m. company area and 8000 sq.m. building area. It has fixed asset about 50 million RMB, more than 160 employees, 10 full-time managers, 10 engineers and 15 technicians. We have 35 sets GRS1300 model metal wire mesh machines imported from Japan, 50 sets P7100 and P7150 polyester mesh weaving looms imported from Switzerland and 30 sets of other machines including high vacuum melting furnace, automatic warp arranging machine, automatic warp arranging machine for metal mesh and test facilities. Quality control: Our company adopts an IEC, English (BS), and American (ASTM) standard production strictly. To ensure product's quality, we set material testing lab with advanced equipment: machines for universal material testing, the endurance creep testing, the impact testing, fatigue testing, stress corrosion testing, and Rockwell hardness testing, etc. We can carry out following tests: the tensile, physical performance, hardness, impact test, fatigue and creep test, durable, relaxation and other related mechanical property test. We have the Direct Reading Spectrum Metal Analyzer,Supersonic Flaw Detector ,metallographic microscope and other advanced equipment, which can meet the needs of material micro structure analysis.
