Three Components Low Pressure Polyfoam Injection Machine
Introduction of polyfoam injection machine: This three components low-pressure polyfoam injection machine is especially suitable for manufacturing double-color or double-density PU polyfoam products like toys, double-color shoe soles, double-density seat cushions, etc.
Its operation principle is the same as the machine of two components: liquid monomers or pre-polymers , according to a certain blending ratio, are delivered into the mixing head to agitate and then injected into mould and harden into shape, becoming finished product after being ripened and being demoulded. There is a slide switch on this machine’s electrical control cabinet so as to choose one of a material to react with B material.
