Printed Circuit Board Recycling Line
The circuit board recycling production line is mainly used for the separation of metal and non-metal in materials such as waste circuit boards, copper clad laminates, circuit boards and scraps, and recycling of copper and resin powder.
Process introduction:
The first break uses a double-shaft mill, the second break uses a hammer mill, and the third break uses a vortex mill. The material is crushed into powder through three-stage crushing, and then separated by magnetic separation equipment, air flow separation equipment, and electrostatic separation equipment. The production line has a novel and unique structure; large production capacity and low power consumption; one-time feeding, multi-machine cooperation is completed; the entire production line is controlled by PLC. The successful development of this machine not only improves the quality of recovered copper, but also prevents secondary pollution. Through the separation and sorting equipment, the recovery rate of copper in waste circuit boards is as high as 99%, which is the first in China.
This production line adopts three-stage crushing for recycling waste circuit boards, making it a mixture of metal and resin fiber powder; and integrates magnetic, wind, gravity and electrostatic separation to separate metal from resin. In order to prevent dust pollution during processing, a pulse dust removal device is added after the crushing and sorting process, which effectively solves the problem of dust pollution.
