This high-temperature vacuum furnace uses high-quality resistance wire as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 31-segment program temperature control system, phase shift trigger, and thyristor control. The furnace is made of high-temperature alloy material, and the exterior is made of carbon steel for anti-corrosion. With a double furnace structure, the furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and energy saving.

The interlayer of the furnace shell can further fully cool the circulating convective gas to speed up the cooling speed of the furnace body. The surface of the furnace shell The low temperature protects the operational safety of personnel and improves the effectiveness.

Shell: The furnace shell is welded by steel plates and profiles, and the shell is equipped with a detachable protective plate, which is electrostatically sprayed and baked. Fine workmanship, beautiful and generous.

Furnace structure: double-layer furnace shell structure, air-cooled circulation, lower shell temperature. Shell surface temperature < 55 ℃. The inner furnace is made of stainless steel, which can improve the heating efficiency of the equipment and prolong the service life of the instrument. The opening between the furnace door and the furnace body is connected by a hinge, and the seal between the furnace door and the furnace body is locked by a high-temperature resistant silicone ring and a stainless steel lock ring. The furnace leg is a figure-eight structure. Between the two legs, connecting plates and reinforcing plates are welded on the bottom steps on both sides to facilitate the horizontal movement of the equipment during installation.
