Main uses:

Heel impact fatigue testing machine is mainly used to test the continuous impact tolerance index of women's high heels, mid-heels and other footwear. The device performs a continuous impact test on the heel by simulating the various forces that the wearer experiences while walking or running, until the heel fatigue breaks. Through this process, it is possible to understand the heel's tolerance index to continuous stress and determine the durable quality of the heel. The equipment is widely used in footwear manufacturing, quality testing, research and development design and other fields, is an important tool to evaluate product durability, optimize product design, and enhance product competitiveness.

Technical parameters:

Impact energy: Indicates the energy released by the device with each impact, usually 0.68J/blow or other specific value, used to simulate the impact force of different strengths.

Shock frequency: Indicates the number of shocks released by the device every minute. The value is usually 60 shocks per minute. It is used to simulate continuous shocks.

Swing arm: Usually 12.5mm in diameter or some other specific value, it is one of the key components of the device and is used to transmit and release impact energy.

Punching hammer: Parameters such as diameter and thickness may vary from model to model, but usually have sufficient quality and hardness to ensure impact effect.

Punch edge: Having a specific size and shape for direct impact on the heel, and its material and hardness must meet the test requirements.
