Main uses:
Heel impact fatigue testing machine is mainly used to test the continuous impact tolerance index of women's high heels, mid-heels and other footwear. The device performs a continuous impact test on the heel by simulating the various forces that the wearer experiences while walking or running, until the heel fatigue breaks. Technical parameters:
Impact energy: Indicates the energy released by the device with each impact, usually 0.68J/blow or other specific value, used to simulate the impact force of different strengths.
Shock frequency: Indicates the number of shocks released by the device every minute. The value is usually 60 shocks per minute. It is used to simulate continuous shocks.
Swing arm: Usually 12.5mm in diameter or some other specific value, it is one of the key components of the device and is used to transmit and release impact energy.
Punching hammer: Parameters such as diameter and thickness may vary from model to model, but usually have sufficient quality and hardness to ensure impact effect.
Punch edge: Having a specific size and shape for direct impact on the heel, and its material and hardness must meet the test requirements.
