Three products HM cyclone are widely applied in raw coal separation process, pre-desliming washing process and etc.
Three Products HM Cyclone is a cyclone assembly which consists of one cylinder cyclone and one cylinder-cone cyclone in series, the separation process is from low density to high density.
In first stage cyclone, raw coal is separated into two products utilizing centrifugal separation principle: clean coal and mixed coal with high density, meanwhile concentrate high density suspension for next stage separation. Clean coal moves through inner swirling flow and is discharged from clean coal tube while mixed coal and suspension move through outer swirling flow and enter into second stage.
In second stage cyclone, the cylinder-cone structure increases concentrated intensity of suspension to reach higher separation density. Mixed coal is separated into middlings and gangue by centrifugal force. Middlings move through inner swirling flow and are discharged from middling tube while gangue moves through outer swirling flow and be discharged through gangue outlet.
