PVC / PE Wood Composite (WPC) Profile Production Line
PVC / PE Wood Composite (WPC) Profile Production Line consists of conical twin screw extruder, machine die, vacuum calibrating stand, haul off, cutting machine, stacker, etc.
(1) ConicaltwinScrewExtruder, with frequency inverter motor
(2) SIMENS contacts, ABB Frequency Converter, Omron Temperature controller
(3) Machine die: made of stainless steel, featured of high intensity and high precision
(4) vacuum calibrating stand: surface made of stainless steel
(5) Haul-off, ABB frequency control
(6) Cutting machine, with meter counting device, pneumatic controlling
(7) Stacker: length 6000mm
This production can produce both PE wood profile and PVC wood profile by applying different screws.
If it is going to produce PE wood profile, the PE material and wood material should be under mixing and granulating process first
WPC Profile Working Process:
Material mixing---granulation(only for PE wood material)---conical twin screw extruder---mould and die----forming platform---haul-off----cutting machine—stacker
Finished Product Characteristics:
(1) Environment protective, water proof, damp proof, anti-corrosion, mildew prevent and deformation resistance, and it recyclable.
(2) The products are easily to be processed like wood, such as drill, nail, planning, cutting, joint printing and so on.
