Self-operated temperature control valve
V230W self-operated temperature control valve is composed of control valve and thermostat.
According to the application, it divides into heating type and cooling type. It is suitable for the non-corrosive liquid ,gas
and steam as well as the temperature control of various cooling systems. When the controlled medium’s temperature is
higher, control valve will close (heating type); when the controlled medium’s temperature is higher, control valve will
open (cooling type).

Structure and working principle
V230W self-operated temperature control valve: according to the purposes with temperature control valve, can be divided
into cooling temperature valve and heating temperature valve, tee mixing temperature valve and tee shunt temperature
valve. Different uses of self-operated control valve have the same working principle. All are regulated by using
temp-response liquid ‘s heat expand cold shrink and liquid incompressible character ,spring force overcomes spring
resistance, and push the plug downward, valve tend to be closed, so that to reduce medium’s flow; whereas ,when the
controlled medium be lower than set value, temp-response liquid shrink, spring return to open the plug, increase thermal
mass media flow, make the controlled medium temperature be higher. Recycle, so that the controlled medium temperature
keeps in the set temperature’s allowable range.
