Print rub tester / Ink Rub Tester
Product Introduction:
Print friction testing machine is suitable for print, ink, photosensitive layer of PS plate, gloss oil and related products surface wear resistance test, effective analysis of print friction resistance, ink layer off, PS plate printing resistance is low and other products coating hardness is poor. Friction testing machine using microcomputer control system, users only need to install the sample to be tested, the instrument will automatically complete the whole test process. It is widely used in printing enterprises, packaging enterprises, quality inspection and other units.

Test principle:
The friction test is carried out on the surface of the printed matter under a certain pressure. After a certain number of times, the sample is taken off to test the surface density. The ratio between the clean offset paper and the pre-friction is the wear resistance of the ink layer.
