Glove Cut-Proof Performance Tester (for Glove Cut Resistance Tester)
Product Introduction:
The machine is used to test the cutting resistance of gloves. Under the specified load, the blade cuts the sample to measure the cutting resistance of gloves. Widely used in fire research institute, fire gloves production enterprises, national quality inspection units.
Main technical parameters:
1. blade: stainless steel blade, hardness is not less than HRC45. the cutting edge length should not be less than 65mm, the width should not be less than 18mm, the thickness of (1.0±0.5)mm, the width of the blade bevel is (2.5±0.2)mm, the Angle of the cutting edge is 22°
2. weight bracket: the sum of its quality and blade quality should not be greater than 200g
3. Tool holder: The Angle between the blade plane and the long shaft of the sample fixture is (90+2)。 The Angle between the cutting edge and the short shaft of the sample fixture is (90+2)。
4. sample fixture: the surface of the arc type of metal fixture, arc radius of (38±05)mm, length should not be less than 110mm, width should not be less than 32mm
5. support frame: can ensure that the sample fixture at the specified rate along the direction of the blade edge
