The powder has good sphericity and excellent fluidity, with a bulk density of 2.5-3.0g/cm³, which can ensure the uniformity of the composition of the sintered products and prevent the occurrence of pores or segregation. In the production of cemented carbide, the addition of titanium carbide powder can increase the wear resistance of the alloy by 20-30%, and it is widely used in cutting tools, molds and other fields.
