Wear-resistant titanium carbide rods suitable for pump and valve parts

Owing to their superior electrical conductivity, they are suitable for use as electrodes in electrical discharge machining (EDM), where they demonstrate low electrode损耗 and high machining precision in the fabrication of complex molds. Furthermore, their excellent fatigue resistance ensures durability under repeated cyclic loading, making them ideal for tooling components subjected to high-frequency vibrations. In the nuclear energy sector, their outstanding radiation resistance renders them particularly suitable for machining internal reactor components under extreme conditions.
