Industrial grade titanium carbide guide wheel

The hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit a broad operating temperature range, maintaining stable performance in environments from -100°C to 600°C. These guide wheels are suitable for both low-temperature frozen pipe manufacturing and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange are integrally designed, eliminating potential detachment issues associated with welding or bonding methods, thereby ensuring a service life exceeding 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, these guide wheels enable precise control of the insulation layer's concentricity, limiting deviation to within 0.05 mm and thus ensuring optimal electrical performance. Customized groove profiles—such as V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular configurations—can be tailored according to specific wire or pipe dimensions to meet diverse production requirements. Following surface polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to wires and increasing the tensile strength of metal wires by 10%. In automotive brake cable production, the consistent guidance provided by these guide wheels ensures uniform tension distribution, effectively minimizing the risk of cable failure during operation.
