Customized groove profiles—such as V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular configurations—can be tailored according to specific wire or pipe dimensions to meet diverse production requirements. Following surface polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to wires and increasing the tensile strength of metal wires by 10%.
