这种硬质合金碳化钛导轮具有优异的抗热冲击性能。即使温度从室温骤升至300℃,再骤降至室温,也不会发生开裂,因此适用于间歇性生产环境。导轮尺寸范围广,直径从50mm到500mm,宽度从10mm到100mm,可适配不同类型的拉丝或轧制设备。在光纤和光缆生产中,它可以精确引导光纤,使光纤衰减率保持在0.2dB/km以下,从而保证通信质量。硬质合金碳化钛导轮是线材和管材生产中的关键导向部件。它们采用高纯度碳化钛和钴粘结相粉末冶金烧结工艺制成,表面硬度高达HRC88,耐磨性是钢制导轮的50倍以上。圆度误差控制在0.002mm以内,确保高速拉丝(最高可达100m/s)过程中钢丝运行平稳,避免抖动或偏移。在不锈钢丝生产中,使用该导轮可将钢丝表面粗糙度从Ra1.6μm降低至Ra0.4μm,显著提高产品质量。
