3D rotary high pressure cleaner for IBC totes
This 3D rotary cleaner is suitable for cleaning of IBC totes.
During the cleaning process, 3D rotary cleaner not only meets the owner's cleaning requirements, cleans and cuts the bottom, but also saves resource consumption.
Working Principle:
IBCD cleaner is driven by an external motor to drive the cleaning head to rotate,
the gear mechanism runs according to the set trajectory to realize revolution and rotation,
thereby realizing 360° impact indexed coverage for the cleaning of the inside of tanks and process vessels.

●Great mechanical action:
Combining pressure and flow to produce a powerful impact jet, which has several times the impact of other products, and can achieve a larger cleaning distance and range. The kinetic energy of the flushing water flow generated by the pressure of the high-pressure pump can effectively remove the residue on the container wall.
●Low leakage:
3% of leakage and 97% of cleaning fluid is used for cleaning, so that the 3D rotary tank washer can maximize the benefits of mechanical force and greatly reduce the dependence on time, chemical reaction and temperature. IBC 3D rotary tank washing devices saves water, time and energy.
