The relative molecular mass is 792, the melting point is 135℃, the boiling point is 165℃, and the flash point is 335℃.
When exposed to air, phosphatidyl serine is easily oxidized, and its color gradually darkens, from white to yellow to black. Generally, phosphatidyl serine is almost not affected by the saturated state of phosphatidyl serine and alcohol can form a cross-chain gel.
If phosphatidyl serine is dissolved in water, except for a very small part of the phosphatidyl serine will form a true solution, most of the other insoluble lipids form small groups.
