By spraying it onto the metal surface through the thermal spraying process, a wear-resistant coating with a thickness of 50-200μm can be formed, which can extend the service life of the parts by 5-10 times. The oxygen content of the powder is less than 0.1%, which can reduce the oxidation reaction during the sintering process and ensure the mechanical properties of the product. In oil drilling equipment, the coated drill bits prepared with this powder can withstand the high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environment underground.
