Product Introduction:
G664 mid-sole fiberboard zigzag testing machine Test leather shoes and casual shoes, walking shoes and other travel shoes, mid-sole fiberboard zigzag resistance quality.
One end of the sample of shoe fiberboard material is hung in a weight, and one end is fixed in the fixture is continuously reciprocated to the left and right each bending 90 degrees, testing a certain number of times until the break, the number of breaks to determine the flexion index of the bottom plate, as a basis for comparison and selection of the bottom plate.

Mechanism for continuous reciprocating bending of the samples through a 90° angle.
Controllable flexing speed (60 ± 10 r/min) driven by a variable frequency motor.
LCD digital counter for each station (up to 999.999 cycles) to record cycles to sample break.
Sample holders with specified upper and lower clip lengths (15mm and 10mm) to hold the 80x10mm test piece.
Designed for testing fibreboard samples of a specific size (80x10mm).
