Roll blank is cast by imported centrifugal compound casting equipment. High Ni Cr Mo alloy is adopted, the thickness of the alloy layer is large and even 30-35mm, and the hardness is up to Hs78-80. Through shaft cold assembly technology or half shaft end cover forging shaft head is adopted, which can be processed and manufactured according to the requirements of different models of users. It has been used by many imported rolling mills, and various technical indexes have reached or exceeded foreign standards.
