燃油过滤器-聚结/分离过滤器

随着HPCR成为柴油机的标准，纯净燃料比以往任何时候都更加重要。水会取代喷油器和高压燃油泵中的燃料，造成润滑不足，从而导致过早磨损。这种磨损会导致燃油经济性损失，发动机效率降低，停机时间，部件故障，灾难性发动机故障。聚结分离器主要用于液-液分离.它包含两种过滤元件：聚结过滤元件和分离过滤元件，油液从聚结分离器的进油口流入第一级塔板，然后流入第一级过滤元件的内部，通过过滤、破乳、生长水分子和聚结的过程，杂质被困在滤池内。一级过滤元件，积水球沉淀在沉淀池内，油品从聚结分离器出口流出，二级过滤元件的材料具有疏水性，油品可以顺利通过，游离水被堵塞在滤池外，流入沉淀槽，排出。通过污水排放阀。最后，清洁的无水油品从聚结分离器流出。
