Die Roller main axis system:● Main moving parts are used accurated Germany bearings and P4 high accuracy bearings● The parallelism of two axis is less 0.02mm and the round jump of the die roller is less than 0.02mm2. Die roller segment heating method:● Special designed water bathing method to keep the temperature even on both ends.3. Servo motor driving system.● After die rollers are mounted, the computer can do the alignment and timing automatically.4. Gelatin film thickness automatic adjusting system5. Automatic packing volume adjusting system● We just need to input the expected volume on the PLC touch screen and the computer can adjust automatically. 6. Easier cleaning parts.● Capsule conveyor belt are now adopted PU material to avoid dead corners during cleaning.● Capsule stripper adopts PT material instead of brushes to avoid damaging to the die rollers.7. High precision medicine pump● High precision medicine pump prolong the direction guiding plate service life. Plunger is made of special treated material which is with more wear resistance. Besides the processing process is strictly controlled to guarantee the accuracy and the accuracy of the pump can be kept within +-1%.● The material of the pump is special stainless steel which is with more wear resistance, more hardness.● With packing volume display device, so the actual volume can be seen visualized, so the complex volume verifying process can be left out.● The medicine pump timing and die roller alignment controlled by pneumatic separationg and reunion device, so the injecting timing adjusting is very convenient.● With new flat cam, no need human to adjust the direction guiding plate8. Gelatin film spreading drums:● Using chroming stainless steel to resist rusting. And the surface of the drums will be more clean and smooth.● The round jump of the drums can be controlled within 0.03mm9.
