And since we use very good material, this machine is of very high quality, and it has been certified by CE and has passed ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification;Characteristics of this JL-250 Soft Gelatin Capsule Machine.● This Soft gelatin capsule machine is made of good materials, most of parts are stainless steel 304 while contact parts are SS316 or food grade materials;● This machine is with round shape material hopper, which reduced welding area and guarantee smooth and clean inside the hopper.● The oil rollers on our softgel encapsulation machine are polytef material, which is food grade and has very good permeability and not easy to block.● The material of the capsule brushes is silicon, and this can protect the die rollers and prolong working life of softgel die rollers.● The electric cabinet are distributed on both size of the encapsulation machine, all electrical components are Siemens or Schneider, and the wiring, labeling, and colors all follow international standard, and cooling fans installed can help to cool down the cabinet while machine working. Besides, there is dust proofing seal installed to prevent oil and dust.
