Keep improving on JL-250III Encapsulating Machine.Since 2012 we developed the first servo motor driving softgel encapsulating machine, we never gave up improving the machine from all aspects.Material: All contact parts are food grade material, like SS 316L/AISI 316L, Brass, Aluminum, Teflon coating, food grade lubricating oil…And all the welding line/joints are treated specially, no rusting risk, no sanitary dead angle. We can provide related food grade material certificate for our encapsulating machine; When this JL-250 encapsulating machine is used for making starch gel capsules/vegetable gelatin capsules, we will change some parts heat resisting, for example, we will change gelatin transporting pipes from silicon tube into stainless steel pipes and change the connecting joints on the spreader boxes accordingly.Precision: At the very beginning of the servo motor encapsulating machine born, our gelatin film/ribbon thickness adjusting process was accomplished manually, and then we developed the first generation automatic gelatin film/ribbon thickness adjusting system, but not so stable and waste a lot of time and gelatin, and until now we have improved the automatic gelatin ribbon thickness adjusting system on our encapsulation machine 4 times, and the system we are using now is very effective and stable;And we kept improving the injecting pump precision.Stability: Because this encapsulation machine is not running by gear driving, and each parts on this softgel machine is driven by separated servo motor. So the vibration caused by gear driving does not exist, so this encapsulation machine is very stable, even when the rotating speed is raised to 5-6RPM.Capacity: Capacity of this JL-250III softgel encapsulating machine is the biggest for the moment, when the filling is oil, the working speed of this machine can be 6~7RPM.
